How to delete your data from ViralForensics.

Delete everything (your account)

In ViralForensics, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account and confirm. Straight away we delete your profile, posts, comments, analyses, transcripts, Creator DNA, pitches, statistics and connected accounts; the stored copies of your videos are deleted within minutes. This can’t be undone.

Disconnect Instagram only

Settings → Instagram → Disconnect. We delete your Instagram login token and the stored copies of your videos straight away. Your analyses, Creator DNA, pitches and statistics stay until you delete your account.

Remove our access from Instagram’s side

In your Instagram or Facebook settings, open the apps and websites connected to your account (business integrations) and remove ViralForensics. This stops our access; to delete what we already have, use one of the options above or email us.

Can’t sign in?

Email privacy@viralforensics.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll delete your account within one month (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.
